On Saturday 11th June some of our volunteers headed over to help out at the Fugil Rd Fete.
There were a variety of activities taking place at the event from a cake sale, bric-a-brac and a very popular tombola! Our volunteers were able to help out with the bouncy castle, face painting and tidying up at the end of the day.
Not only was good fun had by all, but we so appreciated being able to work alongside the local neighbourhood wardens. This team, employed by Norwich City Council, work to deal with and reduce anti-social behaviour, support vulnerable people in the community and to build relationships with young people. We were so impressed by this great team and their commitment to our city and passion for making Norwich a great place to live. We found them to be so positive and enthusiastic in the work they do and take our hearts off to each of them.
